In this Podcast I briefly elaborate on the need for I.T. Organizations to understand their required Business Architecture before embarking on staff restructuring.
I make the point that many staff restructuring attempts try to rectify problems with an I.T. Service business that is not inherent to the staff structure, but rather to the service business’ Business Architecture and underlying Business Domains.
