On today’s show we Jen Porter, Chicago’s soulful diva rocking the house, singing songs of celebration, acceptance and healing.
Although we have much to celebrate, California, Arkansas, Florida and Arizona all passed measures severely limiting same-sex loving folks the same rights that everyone else takes for granted. That puts a couple of off-key notes in what would have otherwise been a fabulous election night.
Jen’s been living off and on in the Caribbean, entertaining tourists and locals alike in piano bars near the sandy beaches of St. Martin and Aruba.
